This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Note Keeper app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by COOLFOOD SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider.”
Pure Note Keeper is a notes, checklists, brainstorming, task management, and personal productivity utility. It is not an enterprise project management platform, cloud document suite, encrypted legal vault, medical diary, therapy app, financial planning tool, school LMS, workplace surveillance product, or productivity guarantee tool.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Notes, open-ended note text, journal entries, reminders, task lists, checklist items, daily plans, project notes, idea entries, brainstorming entries, priority states, completed task states, writing preferences, app settings, and local productivity data remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
COOLFOOD does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
Data Retention
The Application does not collect, log, or retain personal information on COOLFOOD servers. Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, there is no server-side personal data retention period for app usage.
Any notes, tasks, checklist items, reminders, project notes, idea entries, app preferences, or productivity records that users create inside the Application are intended to remain locally on the user’s device, unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact COOLFOOD by email or through a contact form, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, security, or business record purposes.
Data Deletion
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device and stops any further app use.
Local notes, tasks, checklists, reminders, and app data are controlled by the user on their own device. You may delete local app content through available device or app controls, or uninstall the Application according to your device’s standard process.
If you voluntarily provided information to COOLFOOD by email or another direct contact method, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@coolfood.site.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app analytics or personal data collection process to opt out of. You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another channel, a parent or guardian may contact COOLFOOD to request deletion.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.
Users are responsible for managing their own device access, local storage, backups, and important information. Pure Note Keeper does not replace secure backup practices, professional project management, legal recordkeeping, medical advice, financial planning, or user judgment.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to COOLFOOD, COOLFOOD will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
COOLFOOD may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, COOLFOOD will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to COOLFOOD and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
